      Pros

      I really feel like there were no pros about working at Brian Communications, I would never recommend it to anyone

      Cons

      Terrible place to work, the people are mean, most of the management sucks and they work everyone like crazy. The company culture is awful and the company doesn't even pay for people's drinks at the 'monthly' happy hour that happens probably every three months

      Pros

      - working alongside the smartest people in comms/advertising - summer Friday early dismissal is good - office has a very nice rooftop

      Cons

      - difficult to produce great work with so many barriers - many projects or tasks went no where/duds - office vibe is big ick - poor experiences with direct management - explosive leadership - having worked for other agencies in the Philly, the culture is toxic

      Pros

      - Great people to work with. The in-person office environment was great. Lots of happy hours and company gatherings. - Office location is very nice. Located right in Center City near City Hall. - If you're looking for a company to gain experience, this is the place to be. The company works with a ton of clients in different industries mainly in Philadelphia but some outside of this.

      Cons

      - Culture has changed since working from home. - High pressure for performance. - Mixed level of support from leadership. Some evidently care more than others. - High turnover at the company right now without filling roles (especially during the pandemic). - Pay is very poor for the amount of work given and demanding expectations.
