I worked here for two years and have never felt more unappreciated and micromanaged in my entire career. The owner/managers don’t care one tiny bit about you. I was a great employee; I never called in sick and tried to go above and beyond for my clients. That didn’t matter, the only thing that mattered was that I told her I didn’t appreciate being treated like a paycheck when she put the $20 commission she would make off of me doing a 90 minute massage instead of a 60 minute above my well-being. You are treated like a slave. Want a break? Have kids? Want a day off even with notice? Nope. Forget about it. I’m not sure what kind of hard times the owner has fallen upon that makes her treat her employees like this, but it’s truly abhorrent. Also, expect to be watched through the cameras incessantly. They also listen to your conversations through the audio.

Don't even waste your time. Management is mostly family members without any real or valuable experience. I learned nothing of value and the turnover is is about every 3 months. They are in this horrible pattern of hiring a team, training them, not implementing the training, then firing and repeating the cycle. I had high hopes for this experience. The culture seemed like it would be fantastic, unfortunately, it is all dreams without compassion and respect for their employees. "We" were promised several benefits, bonuses and raises that never happened. I left feeling lied to, and regret the time I put into the Salon and Spa.
