      Pros

      Get to travel the world and work on some cool projects but their are better consulting firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, EY, and Llamsoft to name a few that do a better job with projects and resources available.

      Cons

      Meeting weren’t efficient and took sometimes more then an hour which in today’s age shouldn’t be happening. Team members can vary and although some are wonderful seems like everyone is trying to backstab each other to move up in the company. Sometimes not getting back potential co-workers was terrible leadership and management. Overall I think I would never come back.

      Ambitious small company is great for people looking to make a big difference

      Pros

      Being a small company, there are plenty of ways for employees to help Bricz grow. Working in an office full of young, smart, and fun coworkers makes work enjoyable. The culture is great. Having a boss who is demanding but always encouraging and supportive is probably the best aspect of the job. It's the perfect environment for personal and career development.

      Cons

      If you're not interested in consulting, with the ability to travel at the drop of a hat, you may not want to work as a consultant with Bricz.
