Pros

Get to travel the world and work on some cool projects but their are better consulting firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, EY, and Llamsoft to name a few that do a better job with projects and resources available.

Cons

Meeting weren’t efficient and took sometimes more then an hour which in today’s age shouldn’t be happening. Team members can vary and although some are wonderful seems like everyone is trying to backstab each other to move up in the company. Sometimes not getting back potential co-workers was terrible leadership and management. Overall I think I would never come back.

Pros

Bricz is aspirational and wants to be seen as the standard bearer of what a good company culture should look like. Lofty as the goal is, Bricz really does try to achieve that kind of status.

Cons

Everything else about this company has changed over the years. Bricz does not currently care about its employees. Maybe some of the original employees, but not the ones who do the grind. The company keeps talking about "growing pains" but doesn't seem to have learned from any of its mistakes. Nor is the company growing. Leadership is either willfully ignorant or blind. From continuous hiring that the company simply cannot afford, to promoting those who don't have any business being in this business, to making deals with clients without truly respecting the input of those who need to do the work the company is caught in a downward spiral. Bricz was supposed to be a company where the employees were the product (WMS implementations, consultancy, etc). That no longer seems to be the case. From multiple postponed bonuses, to unfulfilled promotional promises, the list goes on. No one believes anything they are told anymore. The company says they are big on "transparency". Thats at best, an untruth.
