      Pros

      BDI offers an ever evolving, incredibly dynamic opportunity for the properly motivated individual. Travel, and a wide variety of tasks to be performed for Projects and Production in the Lab, means that there are no dull moments at BDI. A young, growing company, with a world of potential, Bridge Diagnostics, Inc. offers an excellent career opportunity for the motivated individual.

      Cons

      BDI has struggled somewhat with the inner company balance between Projects and Production, and resource management. With the recent addition of a energetic, intelligent Operations Manager, and the structure that she brings, I believe that these problems will be corrected quickly and definitively.

      Fun environment and they stay very busy! Everyone has a general understanding of ensuring that structures maintain their structural health so that people can remain safe while utilizing their infrastructure

      Cons

      No benefits or healthcare, administrator salaries are not particularly competitive. Great for an engineer, though
