Pros
Hmm..errrr, good facilities near by the office, does that count as a pro? I honestly can't think of a pro, one or two good guys that work for the business, but no doubt they will leave when a better opportunity comes along.
Cons
Bizarre leadership, vision changes almost daily, driven by the greed of the CEO. Constant change in personnel, everybody lives in fear of their jobs. Constant changes to T&C's & CEO uses probation as a threat rather than a bedding in period.
