Do not believe this company has ever had qualified leadership. Nepotism, bullying and misogyny exhibited over decades. Professional growth or development for employees actively suppressed, ambition explicitly counted as a negative. Zero training or investment in people, frozen salaries for the lowest earning. Atrocious record on BAME employment, similarly mental health, wellbeing and work-life balance. Poor communication and open resentment between offices and teams; unreasonable workloads; tons of unpaid overtime. External HR ineffectual. Senior management put pressure on staff to vote Leave. No bonuses.
