-No transparency with how tips are distributed within tip pool
-insanely low tips even if your sales are high (i.e could bring in 800 in tips and Would only get 150 approx back)
-lack of floor support from management aside from a couple supervisors that did their best
-preaches positive culture but undermines it every day
-very poor organization/planning
-no proper training for new staff members/no one is set up to succeed
-FOH managers are being over compensated with service tips
