Pros

Decent vacation/sick time. Some programs allow flexibility of scheduling

Cons

Management has extremely unreasonable expectations about what can be completed by a single person. Agency continues to expand without supporting existing programs. Staff attempt to make suggestions about areas which need improvement or support but are told they are "whining". Return to the roots of good clinical focus instead of focusing everything on paperwork and getting paid. Everything is about paperwork with very little emphasis or training in clinical areas. "Training" is e-learning with no actual physical training and almost no preparation to staff beyond initial staff training. Once you've been through that, that's it.

Pros

There really are little to none. The company offers decent benefits and ample time off.

Cons

There is absolutely no support, they want you to be a robot. Upper management knows NOTHING, HR is a serious pathetic joke, no one cares about employees, and horrible attitudes.

Pros

The people I worked with for the most part part were dedicated to the client. However, due to the poor working environment we all left for a better opportunity.

Cons

Pay is not competitive. Managements only concern is how they can benefit. Any opinions or recommendations to improve client care was not welcomed. I spent a lot of time moving ppl, taking them shopping and driving around. This was NOT a role of a "Wellness Nurse".
