      1. Good for exploring and learning new IT security technology 2. Provide academic support 3. Can always offsite here and there to customer office (if you don't like always go out of office, this might be a Cons for you). 4. Allowance. 5. Senior staff is very good and talented ppl 6. Staff all is friendly

      1. Lack of work life balance due to nature of this work. 2. Need 24-hours standby on call

      - Good salary for a fresh graduate - Can learn different security products and real enterprise environments - Friendly colleagues and managers, depending on the team - Less office politics due to company culture - Hybrid working arrangement

      Cons

      - Career growth can feel limited after some time - Work is mostly ticket-based, repetitive and reactive, unless involved in projects - A lot of support and troubleshooting work on different systems, sometimes out of scope - Learn many products, but with little ownership or decision-making power - Limited food choices nearby and parking is expensive
