Pros

The team were nice, very friendly, and we shared the pains of working for the company.

Cons

Low pay - they pay you for what they fancy. You work 6hrs, they pay you for 4 and make excuses. Training- you get to watch a video, and that's about it. "Discovery day" - free labour. They send you Australian guidance on how they're allowed to exploit you for a day. Working hours - some days you work 2 hours, some 6, you dont really know.

Pros

I learnt a valuable lesson in want I was willing to accept from an employer and what I am not.

Cons

Repeatedly delayed giving me a contract and then tried to change to job responsibilities before they would give me a contract. Offered flexible hours but once in the role I was expected to regularly work overtime at a reduced rate. Was frequently told is was ‘doing it wrong’ and the director could ‘do the job but didn’t have time’.
