Pros

- Interesting and varied project work for clients across different industries - Supportive, friendly and transparent company culture - Lots of training and development opportunities for all staff - Amazing perks that employees can access from day one - Generous leave entitlements (annual leave, sick leave, mat and pat leave, bereavement leave) and other benefits - Generous compensation and bonus scheme - Work from home culture provides flexibility and promotes independence and trust - Fun training and development events held annually in different locations across the UK with all expenses paid for - Healthy work / life balance, including option of working flexible hours

Cons

I don't have anything to add here. I think BrightCarbon go above and beyond in making the company a great place for people to work.

Pros

Perks are great - lots of holiday and budgets. Some creative freedom, and progression opportunities are there, though fairly mysterious

Cons

It's really hard to know if you're getting things right - it seems like every day I'm getting different feedback from different people. Being fully remote, with just one annual meet-up means I often feel isolated
