Remote Work, good collaboration with direct colleagues.
Cons
Serious lack of training. Bro Culture. Promotes being family friendly but offers nothing to help. Promotes freedom to try new ways of selling and make it your own but doesn't actually support that.

Great product! A lot of amazing people at the company
Cons
The founders truly don’t know how to lead a company. They are operating from a place of desperation and fear, and they are starting to show their true colors. They don’t trust their employees to do their jobs. Women are not treated with the same respect that men are.
