Pros

At BrightHire you can learn a ton fast. There are lots of opportunities to step outside of your comfort zone - it keeps me engaged and enjoying my work. Salary is competitive, perks are great and I love working for a remote company. My colleagues are genuine people and I really enjoy our gatherings (we do them once or twice per year).

Cons

Nothing notable - we're learning, but there is a culture of feedback which I appreciate, so when something feels off I am comfortable raising it.

Pros

BrightHire is an amazing, forward-thinking environment. I love the mission and we use our own product every day to improve our own hiring process. Here are some of the best parts of working here: - Impactful work - people have ownership over what they're doing here and really get to make an impact. - Team mindset - everyone is extremely helpful, generous with their time and working together to help us grow. - Family friendly - Everyone understands what's important. We have important jobs, but we know that everyone's number one job is being a healthy, happy human, and the company is supportive of that. - Remote-first - we can hire the best of the best wherever they may be because we are remote first, and we have a lot of perks to help support our remote work environment. - Great product - BrightHire as a product is just a game changer. Once you start using it you can't imagine hiring without it.

Cons

Not truly a con - Normal startup things characteristic of being in a face-paced environment. You have to work well with ambiguity and changing priorities to succeed when growth is happening so quickly.
