      Great growing company. Lots of opportunity to contribute and help develop the business. Really great industry to work in and help grow.

      Cons

      Career growth opportunities not as structured as at larger companies. You have to make your own way, and work hard.

      Flexibility, decent salary and benefits. Lots of room for growth, at least in my team/vertical.

      Cons

      It is hard to understand the current direction that the company is pursuing. Some more clarity to individual contributors would be appreciated.
