      Very untrustworthy. Senior experienced sales people should be very wary of these guys.

      Pros

      None. Unless you are a first time sales person, their methods of doing business and operating are amateur and rigid at best. Not a place for professional salespeople

      Cons

      - Untrustworthy sales management. - Poor sales method - Dont value people - Think a free friday lunch is what makes a good culture - Only true asset is a good database and some reasonable recommendation software but still at the behest of the networks changing the code or giving the data away for free - Can only close deals by slamming a customer with a dimishing price once they show a slight interest.

      If you want to get paid and work, then it's a pro!

      Cons

      I have had some horror stories from their management. They're terrible communicators and psychotically addicted to work and out "grinding" each other. Even if you earn multiple awards for achievement in the role, they will always put business first before considering your own professional progress.

      Pros

      When you work at BrightEdge, you work with some extremely talented and bright people who are at the forefront of SEO. Everyone has a master's degree in something and are extremely switched on which passes on to you as you work alongside them. BrightEdge is still a "startup" in a way and hence there's plenty of room for growth and opportunities for you to make a mark in the company. Great pay and flexibility with hours as long as you work hard.

      Cons

      Being a US based company has both it's pros and cons. Remuneration and benefits often times don't apply to those based in the APAC region which can feel unfair. Also because management is based in the US, expect to work strange hours (e.g. 5 - 6am starts and if you have APAC clients then often it is 6-7pm finishes but you'll have some gaps in midday).
