Pros

Clients and ABA are fine in general

Cons

Terrible company. Fake personalities in management. They pretend to care and be a "people first" company with a "work life balance" culture, yet they let me go due to emergencies and hardships that they knew about prior to hiring me. Even though I'm a skilled, experienced RBT who has communicated every step of the way. I wouldn't cover for them during my first week of training in a completely different center because I didn't have safe navigation, so they counted each of those against me. I had to leave mid day because we were facing an eviction and they just drop me the very next day. How cruel and inhumane. Not even the common decency of a conversation, like "hey we noticed this - whats going on? How can we support you?" Nothing. They expect everything from you with no flexibility or support in return. They were going to make me work an entire day for them pretending that everything is fine so ill do a good job just to fire me at the end of my session. Aparently I wasn't one of the favorites, so I wasn't even worth the time of day. Overall terrible experience. The kids are just piled up ontop of each other, the center is loud, they are not equipt for safety and maladaptive crisis behaviors, they give you no proper training for central reach, and they are way under staffed in management. No fairness or respect. And to think I accepted a $3 pay cut for this experience. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company as a client and an RBT.
