3 weeks of vacation, nothing else.
Cons
It’s messy, there is not structure, and upper management has no idea what’s happening. Patient care has gone down significantly has its grown.

The patients and a few colleagues. They offer a 401k
Cons
Center leadership is a joke and lies to their employees and upper management has no clue what each other is doing often contradicting themselves. The culture appears to be of a den of conniving vipers out to get their coworkers. There is no cohesion or unity of this office. It is a free for all. Staff are highly inappropriate often talking about patients which other patients can hear.
