Pros

Nothing. nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing.

Cons

Owner treats people like machines. Sometimes he will oil you up in order to get what he wants, but ultimately it is all about him.

Horrible work experience

Pros

I can not name one good reason for people to work there.

Cons

The owner and CEO is a micromanager of the worst sort. Nothing is done without his approval which means nothing gets done. He is full of him self and thinks he is gods gift to printing, which he is absolutely not. Takes credit for the work of his employees without hesitation. Customers are a lot of times not treated with respect and they are nickled and dimed at every opportunity. Nervous breakdowns of employees happen regularly and the work environment is toxic. Benefits are few. A mediocre health plan that is mostly paid by employee contribution and 401k after working there for a year.

Pros

The people is what makes the difference here. Most colleagues are helpful and work cooperatively to survive its busy schedule. Great looking recently renovated office which makes the perfect "facade/setting" for clients and employment prospects.

Cons

Unhealthy - which directly comes from the owner's lack of respect, communication, self awareness and accountability. Most projects he leads are left floating for weeks, months and years which creates low productivity and bad business. The morale is non-existent in this "work by fear" environment, which makes the turnaround of employees very high (up to 10 people a year). Occasionally, hardworking employees are belittle in the office publicly - to the state of open tears and verbal abuse. Another key weakness is the lack of leadership, which is difficult due to the terrible communication structure all over. I would consider carefully before taking a job there.
