very good mood among employees. everyone is really supportive!
Cons
old school management thinking. They don’t listen to employees. They manage blindly by coming up with rules and do not consider the negative effects on employee satisfaction. No opportunities for growing professionally. There’s a personal development budget but it is not actively promoted and you have to ask constantly for it. For the future it will be cut! Low salary raises, not covering inflation. It’s all about making a profit.
