Pros
The company always strives to do good for their employees as far a consulting firm. I've been with the company for just over a year and already, my career has grown significantly. One thing to note is that being a big company one needs to push and make their career aspirations known and work towards them, and the company will be more than willing to help (I suppose the same is true for most big companies)
Cons
Remuneration can be a little tricky sometimes, however there are ways to make your remuneration grow and the simplest form is to increase your individual value output. Doing more to help your clients and team achieve their targets and going an extra mile for company things.
