      Insincerity and Beyond

      The front line workers all have the drive, care and compassion to make this work, if management only got out of their way.

      Cons

      The management are very obviously an unified front that is more tech than insurance, and refuse to listen first and act second. There are too many cooks with too many different ideas of how to make a souffle in that kitchen.

      Stay away from this company. The new CEO is going to run this place in to the ground. The executive leadership team lacks the character, empathy and charisma to lead a successful organization. It isn't news that the company underwent massive layoffs and senior leadership handled it incredibly poorly. If you want to work for a bunch of pretentious and insecure men who are on a power trip with their blinders on selling a bad product, then this might be the place for you. Take your talent and skills elsewhere because you will be sold a false bill of goods then discarded.
