Pros

The CEO is great, that's about it.

Cons

The good reviews here can be safely ignored. They're either written by management or brown nosers. This place is good to gain some work experience. Once you've got 6 months under your belt, run, don't walk, from this place. This isn't a place you want to be for any longer than necessary. Expect to be overworked and underpaid while dealing with an unprofessional, toxic culture and incompetent senior management. There's also heavy favoritism, and if you're not a favorite there's a very good chance you'll be accused of things you haven't done, and written up for anything to create a paper trail so they can safely terminate you.

WORST COMPANY EVER

Pros

I literally can't think of any except if you are in management, you get away with murder and the company doesn't care

Cons

-Pay -Morale -Micromanagement -Favoring people (New cars, high promotions, etc (for people who don't deserve it and haven't worked for it) -Owner level doesn't even care about the employees, they want results and they don't care who they step on to get it. -They constantly lie to their employees about the direction of the company -"it is what it is" mentality

Pros

Some of the people are nice. Since management is trying to keep people from quitting, you can pretty much do whatever you want. Work? Only if you feel like it. Work from home but not really work? No problem. Great work and life balance. More life than work which is cool because you can look for a real job and get paid while here.

Cons

Poor culture. Lots of nepotism and if you have been at this place a long time, you get away with everything. Speak down to others? Rewarded. Have no clue what you are doing? Celebrated. Lazy? Promoted. As long as you've got years behind you then you're considered loyal and and can do no wrong. Ever. Everything is run by fear which means people say what they think managers and up want to hear. Employee surveys are not anonymous so don't you dare say anything bad or else you will have a target on your back. Sales are not good. Not sure how the company is going to make it much longer. They sure are top heavy. Lots of CEO, CFO, COO, CTO, President, VP of Sales, VP of Customer Experience, VP of Marketing, Another VP of Sales, VP of Brand, a ton of Directors, another VP of Sales. It's easy to see where the money goes. Definitely not in their product because why would they need to keep service up and running when there are so many C's, VP's and Directors to pay? Benefits are awful. Very expensive for the employee. VERY EXPENSIVE. Pay is poor, desks are from the 1980's and falling apart. Literally falling apart. Heating and cooling system doesn't even work half the time. Very dirty office. Don't look up at the vents. It will gross you out. This place likes to buy companies, make promises they will take care of the people then lay them off. Just be honest. We bought your company and some of you will probably be let go. But while we keep you, we will treat you terrible and with no respect. And we'll let our long time loyal employees make you feel dumb and worthless. Then reward them for treating you like that.
