      - Love my team and we always have each others back - Feel like you're always learning from everyone around you, even from different teams and weddings

      Great people but unclear progression and poor communication

      Pros

      Tickets for shows are good and some really lovely people.

      Cons

      Very minimal training when starting in my role at Broadwick with no plan of progression within the role. The path of progression at the company is extremely unclear and any talk around pay is nonexistent. The organisation and communication within the team and with external teams is very messy with a massive lack of systems. This leads to many people having too much work leading to burnout.

      Pros

      Working with great people who have so much interesting experience. A lot of variety of work, cool perks & nice mix of events.

      Cons

      Sometimes you can be stretched quite thin, high expectations and there could be a little more work life balance, but on the whole a very enjoyable work environment.
