Pros

A few genuinely cool, talented people. Fun projects. Smaller (ish) agency so you're exposed to a lot. Nice location.

Cons

Everything the previous 2-star review said. Plays favorites, mostly project work so layoffs are inevitable, management definitely has a listening problem, little room for growth (if you're not a favorite), Bros seem set on an appearance that doesn't match the experience.

Pros

Laid back company atmosphere. A few genuinely nice, smart people work there. Great location (minus the parking).

Cons

The owners are not receptive to the insights and opinions of employees who don't conform to their opinions. The brothers who run the agency absolutely play favorites, and if you're not one of those select few, there's no room for growth or advancement. Clients tend to only work on a project basis, so once a project runs its course, the company does layoffs. Pay is significantly lower than what other Cleveland and Akron agencies pay.

Pros

Some really great people . The internship program was a great growth opportunity.

Cons

Management is overwhelmed with attempting to win new business, so they lack support for entry-level employees. Due to the size of the agency and the laid back atmosphere, there are very few opportunities for full-time employees to work their way up (it doesn't help that everyone's annual reviews are consistently at least three months late). I'm glad I didn't have a baby while I was there because the maternity leave is less than desirable.
