Pros

A few genuinely cool, talented people. Fun projects. Smaller (ish) agency so you're exposed to a lot. Nice location.

Cons

Everything the previous 2-star review said. Plays favorites, mostly project work so layoffs are inevitable, management definitely has a listening problem, little room for growth (if you're not a favorite), Bros seem set on an appearance that doesn't match the experience.

Pros

- Flexible work schedule with work-from-home options. - Leadership is heavily involved, seeks regular feedback, and genuinely cares for their employees. - Ample opportunity to work with various clients from different industries, backgrounds, experiences, etc., which keeps the work and workplace interesting. - Opportunities to be more client-facing, such as advising clients and leading discussions around strategy.

Cons

Less of a con and more of an opportunity: They sometimes coordinate agency-wide learning or civic events, such as helping out with the Cleveland Food Bank or receiving a course in CPR. I hope they continue to offer more of these opportunities, as it's a great way to team-build outside of the day-to-date work, while also learn a new, useful skill.

Pros

1. Most people are kind, especially the lower you go in the ranks. 2. You can work on fun projects and have a meaningful portfolio of work when you leave.

Cons

1. The insular culture is palpable. You'll know very soon whether you're in or out of those who have influence. 2. Management are not all on the same page, especially when it comes to the top. Priorities are not fixed except for money, which is king. 3. Pay is very low, especially relative to the amount of work.
