Great management, passionate upper level management and proactive team that are invested in the growth of the venue and company. Unfortunately it stops there.
Cons
Absolutely horrific employee culture, management is hamstrung by union regulations which in turn result in employees(select few) who do what they please when they please with little repercussions, most other places would can these “bad apples” at a moments notice. Save yourself the stress and join a team that actually enjoys what they do.
