Pros

Very respectful place to work, there is no workplace gossip or rudeness, coworkers view you as their equal and are there to help you grow and improve.

Cons

A lot of remote workers, communication is difficult and often double booking leads to appointments running late and upset clients.

Cons

Schedule is near impossible to keep. We were always behind--High stress!!!! Lunch time was questionable. Never left work on time or early enough for dinner----work life balance was terrible
