Pros
Pay and benefits are reasonably good, working hours too.
Cons
Colleagues build "walls" everywhere to shut you out, even though it's your job to work with these colleagues with agreed objectives. You try to bring up the issue to your superior, it gets swept under the carpet. Only at meetings do people appear co-operative, once that is over, everyone goes back to square one.
