Production gets halted to work on the owners "side projects and hobbies" quite often, so if your in the office, have fun dealing with disgruntled clients, which is rightfully so considering the lies told in the sales call.
There is no HR so good luck trying to get anywhere with any types of internal issues (there are a lot).
