By FAR the WORST company to ever work for...unless you're a friend of the family. Rules apply to only some employees.. Production gets halted to work on the owners "side projects and hobbies" quite often, so if your in the office, have fun dealing with disgruntled clients, which is rightfully so considering the lies told in the sales call. There is no HR so good luck trying to get anywhere with any types of internal issues (there are a lot). If you're into being belittled, lied to, not being trained, untruthful & un-honest bosses and a lifetime worth of therapy due to BAD work environments... you're in the right place!
