autonomous employment, no micro-management, flexible scheduling

Cons

No PTO/vacation, dishonest sales practices, bad hiring practices, no micromanagement, but that is because there is no management at all. No enforcement for some employees to pull their weight. Management does not listen and makes bad decisions

Some days you can be slow and some days you can be slammed. Just ebbs and flows.
