      High goals no vision or plan to get there

      When times are good they treat you well

      Cons

      No long term plan Make split second decisions without thinking of long term impact C-suite is a boys club of enablers with no consideration for rest of the team I have watched multiple high level employees let go for no reason, labeled “position elimination”

      Close to home and I was proud, at one time, to be a part of it.

      Out of touch with everything except what a hand full of people, the frat club, thinks is cool... and they are so off mark.

      Focused on the wrong thing

      Pros

      Many great employees that work very hard and want to do right by the customer.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Always focused on the yearly bonus and rarely on the customer or employees. Can't stick to one strategy long enough to see it through. Thick layer of cronieism has created an exec team of keystone cops falling all over themselves to get the attention of one another. Owner shows no interest in fixing his company but loves his shiny objects and empty promises. Computer systems were bandaided for too long. Now new systems are difficult to get working right without the customer getting screwed.
