Pros
This was once a fabulous company to work for. A thriving place where people cared about the quality of their work, and the integrity of their word. The people there are still awesome...
Cons
...but some business decisions made in the last year were very poor, and now it would seem the company is in financial trouble, since budget cut terminations have started - and yet mgmt is choosing to NOT tell the current staff, which I find to be sneaky.
