      Pros

      This was once a fabulous company to work for. A thriving place where people cared about the quality of their work, and the integrity of their word. The people there are still awesome...

      Cons

      ...but some business decisions made in the last year were very poor, and now it would seem the company is in financial trouble, since budget cut terminations have started - and yet mgmt is choosing to NOT tell the current staff, which I find to be sneaky.

      Pros

      The people are friendly and hardworking. The work is rewarding and inspiring - we make some unique and interesting products. Hours are good with the occasional overtime Good work/life balance

      Cons

      Still working on the company culture. There is one and it's good, but it's still growing. It just takes time and participation. Don't know everyone yet. With around 100 people and 2 buildings, it's hard to get to know everyone.
