      Pros

      C-suite is engaged, they will roll up thier sleeves and maintain an open door policy. You can build a career here. You will find your peers, the people/co-workers are supportive.

      Cons

      Nothing unexpected from a company that is growing to meet demand. It can be difficult to see the forest for the tree's. Designed Internal competition can contradicte collaboration

      Mis-managed company that doesn’t follow labor laws

      Pros

      *SOME* prevailing wage jobs, but never for you.

      Cons

      Supervisors will require you to answer calls, texts and emails after you are clocked out for the day, but won’t let you record your time for it. They have people working in the office with their offspring, and they receive preferential treatment, and you will get blamed for their incompetence. When you alert their HR department of California labor laws that are not being followed, they will retaliate against you and “temporarily lay you off”. Basically, stay away from this horrible company.
