Fun people, occasionally good management. Train you well for hard selling, you'll succeed if that's your jam. Generous clothing allotment.

Cons

Can be political, upper management has a lot of say in hiring/firing/store ops and are quick to chose favorites/people they don't like. If they don't like you, your life will be harder. Will make broad and sweeping firing decisions that affect the ecosystem of the store. Very numbers focused, depending on your manager. Upper management puts way too much pressure on store managers without having the knowledge/solutions to back it up. Dress code can be needlessly strict.
