Hostile, dysfunctional, negative environment. Management is manipulative, dishonest, and lack accountability on what they cause and create in the work environment and how they treat their employees. They are bullies in business and you will be subjected to unprofessional and unacceptable tactics and procedures. They also do payroll in-house so if they don't want to pay you - they don't. They pick and choose when you will get paid, if you will get paid, when and the amount. They also rely heavily on vulgar language so you will have no choice but to deal with that unprofessional form of communication.
