Pros
This is a young startup in terms of GTM. Product is solid and customer base is pretty satisfied. A lot of growth happening right now after Series B funding round. Most importantly, pay and culture are solid. Good leadership team
Cons
It's a startup, things are somewhat chaotic, the gameplan is a moving target. But if that keeps things interesting for you then you'll enjoy it.
