Pros
The patients were great people who had the ability to brighten your day.
Cons
Poor pay; management not receptive to any ideas but their own (to a fault); business run by a mother and son who would have awkward power struggles that you had to sit through; management refused to update systems, so things were on paper that desperately needed to be computerized (including scheduling). Scheduling was a nightmare.
