      Decent materials available (however picky about what you can use)

      Don't know your schedule in advance Very high turnover rate Dysfunctional Could never get ahold of my supervisor

      Pros

      The patients were great people who had the ability to brighten your day.

      Cons

      Poor pay; management not receptive to any ideas but their own (to a fault); business run by a mother and son who would have awkward power struggles that you had to sit through; management refused to update systems, so things were on paper that desperately needed to be computerized (including scheduling). Scheduling was a nightmare.
