      Pros

      The company culture was good. People were nice and friendly. Everyone was open to ideas. Being a startup , you'd have to do some things outside of your scope at times. Work-setup was convenient.

      Not much cons other than the usual startup challenges

      You'll learn a lot and manage a lot of projects. Overall direction of the company is good, and you get to help solve a social issue in the country. Good work-life balance
