Overwork, high expectation, salary deduction
Pros
- remote working and take advantage of technology which makes me feel challenged and learn a lot - english environment - brainstorming about our idea with C level eventho we're still entry level even probation - carreer opportunities
Cons
- overwork (feels like 5 jobs for 1 person and I am still probation here). have to do managerial things, maintain the KPI within 3 weeks during probation - have to handle 10 platform by my self during night shift, full of client question etc - always overtime without any additional salary - have to do operational things, strategical things, managerial things in 1 time without help - many things that not suitable with the contract (there's no explanation about salary deduction at first when I signed the contract, then after 2 weeks onboarding, there's new rules that said if you cant make any deal with the client or make a low quality mistake, there will be salary deduction) - always blame the employee who want to resign. termination is not a new thing here. every frontlead team who want to resign during the probation time have to do 1 month notice but in the middle of those 1 month, they will terminate you and make a reason like we are lack of knowledge, lack of motivation, lack of transparancy, and have weak mentality. eventho we already did a good job based on our jobdesc, dealing with client with 100+ mil value, achieve several KPI - never get any appreciation. They never satisfied with our job eventho the client leave very good review because of our service - when 1 department make a mistake, and it will related with our job as frontlead team, it will be our mistake only. instead of clarifying, give a warning or make any improvement to other departement, those mistake will be our mistake only (frontlead team) - always blowing up the mistake from frontlead team to forum without any checking first. the senior always bragging about intimidating power when they have to give a warning to their staff - only several people (even its less than 5 people) who survive in frontlead team more than 3 month
