It dose not matter how much fool you are, you will get job. you will get lot of support for poaching client of Lodha, from Akshat Agnihotri. He was ex-employee of Lodha Group.
Cons
1) No Salary on time. 2) They Will always keep gap between Salary making date and salary credit date of at least 25 Days. so that whenever you will think of leaving company, you have to keep your 1 Month Salary on stake. they never give full salary to any employee in case he is leaving company with notice or without notice. 3) Never gives FNF settlement bifurcation. 4) Don't have business Plan. 5) they deduct salary whenever they want. 6) they also deduct PF from your salary but don't credit it to your PF account. 7) They will ask you to do unethical work of poaching client from Lodha And other big developers, when they don't have money to do marketing. 8) they have Kept HR department only to deduct money from salaries. Most unprofessional HR Department.
