      Pros

      great office space - people are smart and talented. Most current employees have been taken from other successful watch companies. good balance of experience amongst the staff.

      Cons

      Management is in over their head. Constant changes and inconsistencies result in frustrated staff. Lots of people out for themselves but no surprise because employees are trying to protect themselves. Turnover is high.

      Pros

      Their benefits package was pretty good. Nice area of manhattan to work in. Easy access to all subways and restaurants.

      Cons

      No room for growth. Management isn't great at all. The department I was in, the manager did not help us out at all.
