      Pros

      great office space - people are smart and talented. Most current employees have been taken from other successful watch companies. good balance of experience amongst the staff.

      Cons

      Management is in over their head. Constant changes and inconsistencies result in frustrated staff. Lots of people out for themselves but no surprise because employees are trying to protect themselves. Turnover is high.

      Pros

      The company has a long history it's been around 140 years (since 1875). The company was very stable with workers employed for over 50 years and had a great pension program.

      Cons

      Bulova was sold to Citizen Watch Company with many of it's older employees forced into early retirement which does happen a lot in many takeovers. Like in most big corporation raises were always on the lower end if you were lucky enough to get one 2% to 3%.
