Not enough hours Schedule is inconsistent Staff and management do not care for their employees The environment is not physically healthy (mold in the clinic) and mentally healthy (staff not valuing their employees) You get hours taken away from your weeks schedule if you call out sick one day as punishment (You will get sick often because of working around children) There is obvious favoritism shown in the clinic by staff Some staff members are rude and again will not value you as an employee Promised raises are not given unless you constantly have to call and remind management
