      Pros

      I have worked for Bumper for almost 3 years now and would struggle to envision working anywhere else. As a business they are incredibly supportive, treat you as an individual not a number, listen and celebrate success more than I have ever encountered in my whole career. You always feel part of a team and as part of the wider company and despite growing significantly since I have started, have managed to maintain the culture. Highly recommend!

      If I have ever had any concerns when working at Bumper, they have always been listened to and actioned upon. I don't have any cons.

      Pros

      I’ve had a really positive experience working here over the past 6 months. I joined in a newly created role, which has been a fantastic opportunity to shape the position and make a meaningful impact from the outset. The trust and support I’ve received in building this role has been great. The company fosters a supportive and collaborative culture where people genuinely want each other to succeed. Leadership is approachable and transparent, and there’s a clear sense of direction from the top. The team environment is a real highlight—colleagues are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help.

      As with any growing organisation, there are times when processes are still evolving, which can require some flexibility. However, this also reflects the pace of growth and ambition within the business.
