I have worked for Bumper for almost 3 years now and would struggle to envision working anywhere else. As a business they are incredibly supportive, treat you as an individual not a number, listen and celebrate success more than I have ever encountered in my whole career. You always feel part of a team and as part of the wider company and despite growing significantly since I have started, have managed to maintain the culture. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a really positive experience working here over the past 6 months.
