Incredibly easy work. Free food.

Cons

They will tell you "no skunking," but get ready to have constant smack talk going on behind your back. I've seen managers talk bad about employees, about other managers and employees talk bad about other employees. Blatant favoritism, you will not be promoted or respected. The pay is terrible compared to what other companies are offering for similar work, the management is overpaid.

Tips are good and its generally busy. Fast paced environment Food is great Fun to interact with customers most of the time

Cons

Clear favoritism showed to certain employees Management changing hands frequently leads to differing standards Owners are rude people on the whole. They meddle and treat employees poorly.
